La concordanza nome-aggettivo

Adjective-Noun Agreement
To recap, the pattern of Italian nouns and adjectives is:
Remember that agreement isn't always about simply matching the final vowels. When combining Group 1 Nouns (-o/-a) with Group 2 Adjectives (-e), the endings will not always "rhyme."

Accuracy requires careful attention when combining Group 1 Nouns (which end in -o or -a in the singular
and -i or -e in the plural) with Group 2 Adjectives (which end in -e in the singular and -i in the plural).
E.g.:
Un ragazzo gentile → Due ragazzi gentili
Una donna felice → Due donne felici

The adjective still agrees with the noun's gender, but it does so by following its own group's rules.

Learning adjectives alongside their opposites is an efficient way to expand your vocabulary quickly. Below is a list of common Italian adjective pairs used in everyday conversation.
